I have hired EVS on three occasions now, the quality of work received is unparalleled. Not only is Jeff paying attention to details, he also pays close attention to what you are asking for and then goes above and beyond and exceeds your expectations by a mile!
EVS is amazing!! I didn't have properly functioning TV's for 3 years, and after 1 day at my house the TV's were working with just a click. The previous electricians left a mess of cords during installation but EVS cleaned it up, making it look very nice and professional. Jeff was great at explaining things, easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating. Within a short period of time EVS gave us a new TV, sound, and lighting system throughout the house, and installed surveillance cameras outside. It was a great experience compared to that with other companies and I couldn't have imagined a nicer or easier system to use!!
We got EVS to do our complete AV redesign and install for our renovation. All the work was done very professionally. They also worked well with other contractors to get the work integrated into the overall schedule. The system is easy to use and we love our new theatre room.

I hired EVS for a large amount of structured wiring, home theater design, and to install all of our ceiling and outdoor speakers for a new home we were building. Of all of the trades that came through, EVS was one of our favorites. Extremely professional, good communication, and always strive to install the best product possible. One of the bonuses was them installing 8 x 14" recessed boxes behind our TV's to hide the electronics and cables for a sleak look. EVS was always very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding products I was going to add after they were done. All in all, I would hire EVS again, no question.
Our work with EVS began with the replacement of a home automation system installed by another contractor that was not working right. It is very frustrating to spend money on home automation that doesn’t work properly. Fortunately for us EVS was able to provide a solution that we can at last rely on. EVS worked with us to design the Smart Home we wanted and then seamlessly worked with our renovation contractor and his trades to install the system components. Jeff outlined the alternatives available to us for each component and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each. This made design of the system and component selection much easier. Jeff is fully professional and responsible in every respect and in particular I appreciate his commitment to quality and his refusal to compromise on the quality of the system and its components. One look at the organization of components and wiring in the rack shows his commitment to organization and detail. There is no such thing as “good enough” for Jeff. He insists on everything being perfect. And our system works. The components have been reliable. Even the oldest components (more than five years old now) continue to work well. We rarely have problems with the system and when we do Jeff reacts very quickly to correct the problem, usually with helpful instructions or a quick remote fix. All we need to do is send a quick email or text message or make a phone call. We rarely have to wait any more than a few minutes to get things working correctly. In the rare circumstance that we need a site visit to solve a problem Jeff is usually there in a manner of hours to correct the problem. We very much appreciate EVS standing behind their work. I am a big fan of home automation and have installed six systems in various new home and home renovation projects since 2006. This EVS system is by far the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to use EVS again and I highly recommend them to others.
