A long time client purchased an old lot and built this beautiful home from the ground up in a mature neighborhood.  EVS was tasked with installing a small audio system and several Lutron Dimmers for the project.

EVS chose a Russound sound system with six sources and 6 rooms.  We installed keypads in each zone to allow easy operation of the music system.  This allows the clients to use the keypads to navigates menus, select online streaming sources and even Satellite Radio stations.

EVS installed a Lutron lighting package in the kitchen, created several scenes for the client and created some automated scenes that allow the under cabinet lighting to automatically turn on and off with sunset/sunrise.

One of the sound zones in the home is the rear patio.  Nothing beats listening to the music in the backyard while grilling up some food on the BBQ.  This home has the perfect backyard for those summer time Friday nights.
